FREE Delivery at The Berkeley Gallery.
We are pleased to now offer FREE delivery on all mounted, unmounted and stretched pieces, to UK mainland addresses, bought via our website.
At The Berkeley Gallery we are passionate about art - so much so that this covers every aspect of our business, including deliveries of your art. We are committed to achieving total customer satisfaction - right down the line. With this in mind we have partnered ourselves with City Link to deliver your art. Over the ten years that we have been in business we have found them to be the most reliable and capable carriers of your goods.
Having placed your order with us you will initially receive an email confirming all the details. Following on from that we will - wherever possible - endevour to contact you by phone and/or email to give you details of when your goods will be despatched and when you can expect to receive them. If you need the delivery by a specific date or time we do all that we can to accommodate this for you. (Where necessary we will check this with City Link, and then confirm this with you).
Pieces that are supplied already framed and orders placed for goods to be delivered overseas, will be shipped to you via our chosen secure carrier. A charge will be made for this and will depend upon the packed weight/volume of your order. If you have any queries please feel free to contact us for more information. |
